A Manual Override is available for both the
Secumar 3001S and 4001S operating systems. This allows you to disable
automatic activation of the life jacket.
The manual overrride device prevents automatic activation on water
contact. Used instead of the pill box or pill when only manual
operation of life jacket is requested

A simple, single webbing crotch strap, provided
with two quick links for widest applicability.
This may be retrofitted on all inflatable life jackets with a frontal
closure.

Crotch straps which can be added
later bring the following advantages:
- You can finely adjust the way the life jacket sits on your body.
- You can adjust the already inflated life jacket when in the water.
Consequently, the buoyancy distribution is optimised and your head can
easily be lifted out of the water.
Please note
that YNZ Category 1 rules require a crotch strap to be fitted to
lifejackets. |
